-: Dass man beim einchecken alle Daten selber auf einem tablet eintippen muss das fanden wir extrem schlecht. Wir mussten die Arbeit machen, die Aufgabe des Hotelpersonals ist. Von einem guten Service kann man da nicht reden. Wir fanden, dass es Faulheit des Personals ist, derweil sie die ganze Zeit dumm rum standen, während wir deren Arbeit gemacht haben.Unter den Umständen kommt Castellani für uns nicht mehr infrage.

+: Decent quality: Good continental breakfast, close to bus stop and 20 minutes walk to the center, comfortable bed. Very friendly and helping staff.
-: We did not like: the bathroom - pretty small and not sufficiently clean, difficult to use and fix water temperature in the shower, poorly isolated with water spilling out; towels too small and pretty much used; not sure food smell even on 4th floor.

+: This was a nice easy distance from the city. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Room was nice and bright and overlooked the garden. We didn't spend alot of time there, but it was perfect for our needs.

+: Die Terrasse im Garten ist wunderbar. Das Zimmer werden wir das nächste mal zum Garten ausgerichtet wählen.
-: Die nostalgische Zweihandmischgarnitur in der Dusche ist wirklich wunderhübsch, macht die Findung der richtigen Wassertemperatur aber leider etwas schwierig. Die Strasse war bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut.

+: Super Lage, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, sehr bequeme Betten.
