-: Odada veya ortak alanda buzdolabı yoktu.Oda içerisinde çöp kutusu yoktu, tuvalette çöp kutusu vardı sadece.Oda kapısının altında zeminle arasında açıklık olduğundan içeri ışık ve toz giriyordu.Yeterli priz yoktu.Banyo ve tuvalet küçüktü.Banyoda duş için havlu vardı ama el-yüz için havlu yoktu.Resepsiyonda çalışanlar sadece bir kaç saat orada olduklarından bu eksikliklerle ilgilenen birini bulamadık

+: The location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere, and the metro and bus stops were very close. The rooms were clean. On the second day, a fan was placed in the room to cool it down without us asking, which was a thoughtful gesture, so thank you for that. Finding someone at reception is difficult since it operates during limited hours, but they provide all kinds of help and guidance. I would like to stay here again when I visit Vienna

+: L'hôtel est très bien situé, pas loin du centre de Vienne (Stephansdom à vingt minutes à pied); connexion facile à l'aéroport par bus (arrêt à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel). Métro (U-Bahn) à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Chambre moderne, bien organisée. Personnel agréable. Très bien pour de courts séjours.
-: Ma chambre (1er étage) donnant sur la rue Salzgries était très bruyante (personnes parlant fort le soir sur le trottoir jusqu'à minuitune heure du matin). Le mur vitré de la toilettesalle de bain étant face à la fenêtre donnant sur rue, oblige à fermer les claustras qui servent de rideaux lors de toute utilisation de la salle de bain et des toilettes.
