+: Pobyt w Hotelu Neuhaus był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Fenomenalne jedzenie, bardzo przyjazna obsługa, świetna strefa spa i bardzo dobre położenie.

-: Okna niektórych pokoi znajdują się po stronie klubu otwartego do 4:00 rano.

+: Die Lage zu den Liftanlagen ist optimal, sehr aufmerksames Personal , gutes Frühstück,

-: 4 Sterne ja aber kein Superior, es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die das Salz in der Suppe ausmachen. Kein Willkommens Getränk, Teppich in den Zimmern ist nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Ruheraum (Wellness) liegt direkt neben dem Pool, immer laut. Der Whirlpool (Nacktbereich) von der Straße einsehbar (Milchglas hätte das verhindert)Preise (Getränke) etwas überteuert.
