+: The new room was neat and the view to Kahlenberg very nice.

-: The staff was afraid to make any decisions of their own but left everything for the manager to answer. For example we didn't get the proper rooms at first and had to wait for the manager until the next morning to get new rooms.

+: The location is great if you want to stay in Vienna outside the touristic place.

-: The hotel is very old. They declare the parking option but didn't inform that there will be no available parking in the garage (not in the description, not in the message from the hotel). Upon arrival they just informed about no parking and didn't even excuse for sending wrong information. I had a very unpleasant conversation upon arrival at the reception. Issue with the safe box the staff couldn't resolve - they don't know how to operate with their facilities.
