+: We enjoyed staying in the Living Hotel an der Oper very much and wish we could stay longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is very fast -- a speed test showed 180 Mbps download. The location is excellent. We took CAT non-stop from the airport to the city center (Landstraße) and transferred to U4 metro line for only 1 stop before arriving and the Karlsplatz station, and the hotel is just next to the exit of the metro station. The Opera House is 3 minutes walk away and the Vienna Music Society (Golden Hall) is 5 minutes by foot. The tram stop at the front of the Opera House is very convenient to going anywhere. On the day we left Vienna, we took the U1 line (again, station is at the front of the hotel) to the train station, super easy and fast. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

-: Una de las encargadas del desayuno. El último día del alojamiento teníamos vuelo muy temprano y, estando todo listo en el desayunador, la persona encargada no nos permitió desayunar a las 6:30 am diciendo que debíamos esperar hasta las 7 . Me parece que no cuesta nada un poco de voluntad y criterio. Esto empañó nuestra estadía.

+: - location is very central and helped us explore all sites with minimal taxi rides- the staff is exceptional. We had a baby and they accommodated all of our requests to ensure we feel comfortable during our stay- the rooms are very spacious for being in a central location and helped us completely feel at home
-: - the bed was so bad. We had a double bed that was essentially two single mattresses next to each other. The mattresses are very low and worn out. - the furniture is older than portrayed in the images. Still beautiful but could use an upgrade
