+: Staff were very friendly and helpful, one of our party asked to move rooms due to street noise - no problem. Pool and spa areas were excellent. Food in restaurant excellent. Location excellent. Clean throughout.

-: Carpets and general decor is probably getting a little tired, but still clean, however I believe the hotel is set for a revamp in the coming months. Some guests not obeying spa rules on being a quiet area and making a lot of noise, but I guess it is a ski resort with groups and this is always a problem. Also some ignoring local tradition of nudity in sauna area which can be awkward for those that respect the culture. Bar under hotel does cause a racket to the rooms overhead, but by 11pm everything gets quiet.

+: Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie ten opzichte van de skiliften. Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid. Personeel is vriendelijk. We moesten vroeg vertrekken voor onze vlucht en kregen ontbijt mee. De kamers zijn schoon.

-: Het hotel is wat gedateerd maar alles is aanwezig. Verder is het ook erg gehorig.

+: Atmospheric Hotel with great service. Booked single room...large double provided. Good spa facility...not huge but not busy. Excellent breakfast. Had dinner at hotel restaurant which was superb.. Great atmosphere enhanced every Thursday night by visit of 3 musicians...accordion player, with guests encouraged to sing along. Really good food and wine. Owner came to our table...very friendly and insisted on giving us schnapps. Also unexpected snacks 330 to 430 Easy walk to lifts both sides of town reiterkogelbahn and unterschwarzachbahn...latter with lift to hotel street level. Ski hire shop opposite hotel
