+: Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Man ist mitten in der City und kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist ausreichend groß und war sauber. Self Check-in verlief problemlos.

-: Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert und es war richtig kalt. Die Vermieterin hat uns dann Heizstrahler zur Verfügung gestellt.

+: The location is perfect,really best. Near of everything, on same street hop on bus to visit Wien. But lack of internet ruined our stay a bit. Appt is big and comfortable.

-: Selfentrance-The door entrance to building upon first arrival was not working, we had to ring other people to enter (then it was easy according to instructions). The internet was not working during whole stay, no solution was found to fix it and helpsupport was limited due to festive period. TV wasnt working as it works on internet only. The kettle was not working neither, fortunately we rented two appartments and we managed with the kettle of other appartment. Support is not reading emails during festive days so you better complain using booking.com directly. Can you imagine nowadays that there is not wifi working? Management should use simple methods like check-list before letting this place to anybody
