Located in the center of Mayrhofen, the newly renovated 4-star superior adult-only ElisabethHotel Premium Private Retreat is a 5-minute walk from the Zillertal 3000 Ski Area. The 4.6 ft² spa area includes a sauna, steam bath, and 16 m indoor pool.
The rooms are decorated in modern and elegant Tyrolean style and feature a balcony, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub or shower. Slippers and bathrobes are also provided.
The ElisabethHotel has a bar with an open fireplace and a restaurant serving local specialties. Buffets and candle-lit dinners with piano music are organized every week. A 5-course menu with salad buffet and a variety of cheese, as well as an afternoon snack are available.
Guests can relax on the sun terrace and choose from a selection of beauty treatments. A fitness center is also on site.

-: The staff weren’t always super helpful as different staff were in charge of different bits - for example we had an issue with our dinner one night, and both the restaurant and reception told us to take it up with the other one

+: Der Service und Freundlichkeit waren vorbildlich! Der SPA Bereich ausgefallen und geschmackvoll in dunklen Tönen gestaltet, liefert viele Liegen. Gemütliche Betten. Bei 75 kg beim Liegen optimal. Beim Sitzen scheinen die Matratzen zu weich. Großzügiges Bad. Lage direkt im Ort. Gondeln fussläufig erreichbar. Straße nicht weit weg, aber trotz offenem Fenster angenehm. Baukräne sind gut zu übersehen!
-: Das Frühstück könnte noch was zulegen. Bessere Brotauswahl und Kennzeichnung.

-: Das Haus wird im Internet auf einer großen Wiese gezeigt, in Wirklichkeit liegt es an der Orts Einfahrt an der Straße mit viel Verkehr und einem hässlichen Pizzeria Pavillon davor. In der Suite meiner Töchter gab es eine Silberfisch Plage , was sehr störend war. Zimmer 2031Das Essen war leider nur mittelmäßig und das Buffet am Morgen Nachmittag und Abend war lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Das Personal ist großteils freundlich aber hat nicht viel Ahnung von gehobenen Service. Es fehlt die Präsenz eines Gastgebers. Insgesamt ein wenig enttäuschend für vier Sterne S.

-: At no time was the hotel able to offer us another room that wasn't so noisy. Never again was it so disappointing and so were the discussions we had to have. I was constantly interrupted instead of listening to my situation. I wouldn't recommend the hotel if you want to have a few relaxing days!!!!
