+: Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal war auch super.

-: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht aber aufs Nachbar Hotel geguckt. Daher war das Zimmer extrem dunkel und der Berg war nur seitlich zu sehen. Außerdem werden auf den Bildern wunderschöne Bäder gezeigt. Unseres (Zimmer 220) war extrem klein und alte weiße Fliesen, die Fugen schon schwarz. Duschen musste man in der Badewanne. Eine absolute Frechheit für 6500,- € für eine Woche. Der Balkon war so klein das man sich nicht auf die Stühle setzen konnte. Die Beine haben nicht dazwischen gepasst. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Und das Hunde in der Lobby auf den Polstermöbeln sitzen dürfen ist den Menschen die keine Hunde mögen gegenüber eine Frechheit.
