+: Ist seit Jahren unser Hotel wenn wir in Wien sind. Leider verändert sich die Atmosphäre etwas. Früher waren die Leute an der Rezeption freundlicher und aufmerksamer. Manchmal hatte ich das Gefühl, ich störe gerade. Einen Bademantel zu bekommen ist heute auch ein Problem, als ich mit Badehose an der Rezeption stand, verlangte der Mann Geld für den Bademantel. Geld, wo sollte ich es haben...Früher wurde es auf die Rechnung geschrieben und gut wars. Das ging aber leider nicht so der Herr. Na dann halt ohne Bademantel in den spa Bereich den wir so lieben in diesem Hotel.An beiden Tagen war das Wasser sehr schmutzig, Dienstag OK da war etwas Wind, Mittwoch war es windstill und trotzdem schwam da viel im Wasser.Na ich möchte nicht jammern, den es ist ja auch sehr schön da, aber es verändert sich....Nicht alles zum positiven.

-: Nicht immer freundliches Personal Schwimmbad war nicht sauber

-: A takarító személyzet németül és angolul sem beszélt. Benyitottak akkor is, amikor ki volt függesztve a Ne Zavarjanak tábla és a szobában tartózkodtunk.

+: Un hotel mare,imens chiar:)) Totul foarte deosebit decorat,cu terasa foarte frumoasa la hotel.Camera maaare, mobilier nou, foarte curat,totul foarte modern si de bun gust!! Parcare gratuita la 2 minute de mers pe jos !!!! Micul dejun exceptional!! Foarte bogat ,cu produse diverse ,de foarte buna calitate,suc proaspat stors,cafea foarte buna ,multe produse de casa!
