Located 1.2 mi away from the center of Zell am Moos, Familienferienhof Stabauer is just a 5-minute drive from the Irrsee Lake. It offers a garden, an on-site farm and self-catered apartments with free wired internet. The rustic-style apartments feature a balcony overlooking the garden, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower. Familienferienhof Stabauer offers for sell farm products, including eggs, milk, jams and schnapps. A sun terrace, barbecue facilities and a children's playground with a trampoline are also available on site. A washing machine can be used against a surcharge. The closest supermarket and a restaurant can be reached within 1.2 mi. A beach volleyball court can be found by the Irrsee lake, and cross-country skiing trails start 1.2 mi away. The Hof Ski Area is a 25-minute drive from the property.

+: The accommodation met all our expectations. It is a high-standard, yet homely place to stay. For those who enjoy a rural environment, it is a true gem. Premium cleanliness, spacious areas. Although we did not arrive with children, it is clear that it is very important for families with children to have a good time.
-: The kitchen utensils could be more extensive. For example, there was no suitable frying pan and some hand tools were also missing.

+: Man hat vom Hof einen tollen Blick auf den See. Die Appartements sind modern, großzügig und super ausgestattet. Alles in perfektem Zustand die Wietsleute sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

+: Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Irrsee, viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, viele Sitz- und Liegeplätze im Garten, perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, Entspannung pur!
-: Leider hatten wir in unserem Wohnraum nur Dachfenster und keinen Blick in die Natur.

+: Wunderschöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Schöne Wohnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern - Tiere, Sandkasten, Schaukel, Rutsche, Klettergerüst und Fahrzeuge für Kinder sowie im Haus Spielecke vorhanden.

+: Super Lage , schöner Bauernhof für Kinder wird hier einiges geboten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden den Ferienhof Stabauer aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen
-: Die Betten waren mir persönlich leider zu hart ( aber manche mögen sowas ja gerne ) Die Küche war in unserem Fall für 6 Personen auch etwas zu klein. Nicht genügend Stau Möglichkeiten ( keine richtigen Schränke in zwei Zimmern)
