+: Personal war superFrühstück gut bis sehr gut

-: Die zentrale Lage hat den Nachteil, dass sowohl sehr spät als auch sehr früh Lärm auf der Straße ist. Fußgängerzone mit vielen Lokalitäten und Lieferverkehe etc ab 6:00

+: Cella Central Historic Boutique Hotel is a very nice accomodation with lovely enterior and very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and cosy, the bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was also very spacious. The staff was very helpful with making it possible to store my bike during the night and also helped me very early in the morning to get it.

-: The weather was quite cold during my stay and I would have loved some heating in the room, but unfortunately it was already turned off. Unfortunately I had to leave early in the morning so I could not have breakfast, even though I paid for it.

+: size of the room was good. that is the only positive thing to say about this hotel.

-: Its incredibly noisy. even with only few guests in the hotel i was given a room right above the lane where all the guests party and drink until late at night. I did not sleep at all. Pillows are awful - pretty standard for Austria though. Had a terrible experience where the cleaning staff came into my room (1hr before i was due to check out ). I had headphones on and did not hear the door knock, yet still they barged into my room with approval and i was in the bathroom. Under no circumstances should anyone access a guests room without good reason. Unacceptable!! When i complained to reception, explanation was given staff do this to check if guests need more toilet paper or towels. This makes no sense, I was checking out in 1hr. If this is your process, change it. I was left in a state of embarrassment and shock. I do not recommend this hotel, unless you sleep like a log and aren't bothered about personal privacy. I am still furious, this hotel is a waste of money and a terrible experience. Lastly this hotel is spamming me through the booking.com website, emailing me deals for their hotel. I did not sign up for this and have complained to booking.com

-: الازعاج اخر الليل و الصوت العالي من المقاهي اللي تحت وماعطوني البطاقة الصيفية ، Noisy and loud noises from the cafes downstairs + they not giving me the card of zell am see kaprun
