The cozy, family-run Hotel Fischerwirt is located in the pedestrian zone in the center of Zell am See, a 2-minute walk from the lake and 5 minutes from the Schmittenhöhe cable car. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Hotel guests can use the beach for free on the beach.
A rich breakfast buffet is served in the morning. Half-board includes dinner with several dishes and a salad buffet.
For an additional fee, guests can take advantage of a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments at the partner hotel Romantikhotel, located across the street from the Fischerwirts.
On request, guests of the Fischerwirt receive discounts at nearby golf courses. In winter, guests can buy ski passes directly at the reception, as well as use the free ski lift at the valley station.
In summer, the price includes the Zell am See card (from May 15 to October 15), which gives you free access to various cable cars and lifts, free visits to museums, swimming pools, the national park center and much more. This card is free for adults and children under the age of 10. Parking is subject to a surcharge.
The train station is just a 5-minute walk from the Fischerwirt.

-: There is very bad smell from the bath sink. It was ok when we check in. But after we had dinner and went back to room 104, there was awful smell in the bath. I told the manager. He checked the bath and admitted that there is a problem. He did put us in another room. But the experience is not good

-: First: The reception was difficult to reach and shared with another hotel, requiring entry from a bridge and labyrinths, as well as parking. I was really tired unloading the luggage. Second: The blankets were very small and uncomfortable to sleep in. Third: I found a spider in the bathrooms!!
