+: Номер комфортный с чистой белоснежной постелью, прекрасный вид с балкона. Очень хорошие удобства в отеле, горячие термы с красивым видом на горы, классные сауны, разнообразные залы для тренировок и игр. Вкусный завтрак. Камин в лобби, запах от которого доносился в наш номер — невероятно! Директор ресторана — замечательный человек и лучший сотрудник этого отеля: отзывчивый, услужливый, дружелюбный! Он заслуживает поощрения. -: Отсутствие WiFi в номере на 6 этаже. Обратились за помощью по решению этой проблемы к мужчине-администратору отеля, он проблему не решил и даже не посчитал нужным поинтересоваться у нас, решена ли проблема! Чаевые он взял, а помочь не захотел.
