A 5-minute walk from cable cars for Schmittenhöhe and Sonnenalm, these self-catering apartments offer balconies and free Wi-Fi. Zell am See and the Lake Zell are 0.9 mi away.

Each apartment at the Gästehaus Schwab has a living room with fully equipped kitchen. All apartments offer wonderful lake views.

On request and against a surcharge, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Gästehaus Schwab offers a ski boot dryer and ski storage space.

Trails for hiking and mountain biking begin just outside the Gästehaus Schwab. Just 190 m away, a bus stop can be found for the skiing areas of Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Saalbach and Areitbahn.

From mid-May to mid-October, guests benefit from the Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card. This card enables free admission to several recreational facilities in the region of Zell am See and Kaprun.

+: Gode store værelser, behagelige senge, dejlig spa afdeling i nabohuset, pænt og nyt, pæne badeværelser, ok skikælder men sidst på ugen kom flere til og ikke nok plads på støvletørrer.God tæt kontakt med personalet der var meget venlige.Nem adgang til skibus lige ved indkørslen.

-: Køkken og spiseforhold var besværlig for 7 personer.Der manglede spisestole.Køkkenudstyr manglede, især ovn og fryser.Sofa var en sovebriks.Ingen kroge til viskestykker, jakker osv.Der manglede hygge belysning ved senge og i stuen.Afløb fra bad og vaske løb langsomt.
