+: Ottima posizione, stanza grande, pulita e accogliente,letto spazioso e comodo. È presente un tavolo spazioso dove poter lavorare pranzare i trascorrere del tempo. C'è anche un cortile esterno.
-: Manca il climatizzatore, anche se la stanza si è mantenuta abbastanza fresca sarebbe ideale installarlo in caso di ondate di caldo anomale(come si è verificato quando abbiamo soggiornato noi).Il cortile fuori potrebbe essere curato meglio.
