+: Located directly off the pedestrian walking area, Graben, less than 5 minutes by foot to the Stephansdom Cathedral. The reception staff were very nice and accomodating; for example, they provided a phone charger upon request. The rooms were oldre-modeled and well air-conditioned. Breakfast was very good. The entrance to the hotel includes a single step, all floors are accessible by elevator.

-: The shower looked like a walk-in; however, it actually has an edge about 20cm (6in) high and no slip-resistance on the floor of the shower. Something to consider for travellers with mobility concerns.
