+: رحابة الطاقم ، وصلنا يوم العيد الساعه 8 الصبح وقدروا هذا العيد ودخلونا بدري 4 غرف وايضاً وحدة من الغرف مكيفها متوسط التبريد عطونا غرفه اكبر كتعويض وغيروها فوراً .. الموقع قريب من السنتر .. انصح ب الغرف المطلة على الشارع ممتازززة و فسيحة .. والتكييف كان شغال . و فيه وحدة من الغرف اخترب وارسلوا عامل صيانة بسرعة و حل الموضوع .. شكر خاص للموظف Dimier . ايضاً كان معي طفل وطلبت رز ابيض، ورغم انه مش موجود في القائمة الا ان الشيف تكرم وارسله لي .. بشكل عام فندق نظيف رغم انه قديم شوي و آمن جداً و العاملين ودودين بشكل كبير .
-: السرير لين بزيادة ولكن هذا تفضيل شخصي . الافطار مش متنوع كثيراً . . لكنه جيد .

+: The location is amazing. The hotel was kind enough to allow us for early check in. There is a mall connected to the hotel with a supermarket which was convenient. The hotel is clean.
-: There is no enough tissue! the bed cover was very short we have asked for extra and did not get an answer from room service ( maybe they have certain working hours not 24 hours) 😵💫. The breakfast is very poor and the service was not good. The service in the hotel in general was not very good.
