+: Le personnel qui a servi le petit déjeuner et le diner, a été tres aimable

-: La "chambre" très sombre, froide (le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné pendant tous le séjour malgre ma demande de réparation) et tres mal placée avec une unique porte-fenetre menant sur une terrasse public accessible a tout le monde qui pouvait vous observer a tout moment dans votre lit...

+: Blízko ledovci, skibus před hotelem, vynikající gastronomie, část personálu mluví slovensky, dostatek parkovacích míst, hned u hlavní silnice vedoucí na ledovec a Rifflsee.

-: Není nic co by se mi nelíbilo, župany pro wellness bych doporučila dát rovnou na pokoj, nebo nabídnout hned s ubytováním.

+: Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Skigebiet. Ski Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und es ist nur eine Haltestelle bis zum Lift. Frühstück ist sehr gut, Abendessen perfekt !Lockere , nette Atmosphäre. Sehr schöner , sauberer WellnessBereich. Haben schon viele Hotels im pitztal ausprobiert aber hier gefällt es uns am besten. Waren jetzt schon zweimal da und kommen gerne wieder.
