One of our best sellers in Bad Radkersburg! A protected historic building in green surroundings in Bad Radkersburg, the Kaiser von Österreich offers a spa area with 2 thermal pools. It offer views of Gornja Radgona Castle.
Rooms at the Kaiser von Österreich, Historik- und Thermalhotel offer modern furnishings with a seating area, free WiFi, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, and some have parquet floors.
A selection of local specialties from Styria is served at the restaurant of the hotel.

+: First and foremost, I love the staff. Accomodating, helpful, kind. Some mentioned that there's small variety of food at breakfast, but for me it was just perfect. I liked the news leaflet at breakfast, too. The room was big and clean, perhaps it was just a little bit too hot during the day, but I was mostly outside anyway. The bed was comfortable.2 saunas were enough for the amount of people in the spa. The Finnish sauna failed at heating twice, but the staff was able to fix the issue.The location is perfect, near train station, next to the Slovenian border, within nostalgic streets of old town, surrounded by thermal park and a lot of greenery, and lake. The grocery stores are nearby.
-: Rather a heads up for future guests. Despite the building being old, rooms and facilities were renovated. But don't expect the glamour the number of stars promises.Two things I can think of to improve is (reading) bed light, which was weak, and perhaps slippers or flip flops (to walk to spa) for those of us who notoriously forget them at home.

-: Die Raumluft im Zimmer war möglicherweise durch Ausdünstung der im Zimmer verwendeten Materialien als eher schlecht zu bezeichnen. Ich konnte nur bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Was aber kein Probkem darstellte, da das Fenster in einen Freizeipark zeigte. Ansonsten war alles im Hotel bestens.
