+: Frühstück super umfangreich, alles frisch, warm, kalt, heiß, alles perfekt. JEDE Speise a la Carte war perfekt Preis sehr gut. Ausstattung im Hotel und im Zimmer sehr gut. Sauna und Badebereich groß und schön. Zimmer hell, modern, sauber, Reinigungspersonal sehr aufmerksam und gründlich.

+: Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz in Ordnung.

-: Wir haben zu viert ein Appartement für ein Wochenende gebucht, im Apartment war soweit alles in Ordnung, nur der Ort Mayrhofen war wie ausgestorben, fast alles war geschlossen jeder beklagte sich, dass sich „das Geschäft“ nicht rentieren würde, im Nachhinein wundert es mich nicht, da Vor allem das Personal im Hotel grauenhaft ist, wir wurden behandelt wie das letzte! Kein Anständiger Service, hatte man ein Anliegen wurde dieses entweder ignoriert oder man wurde dumm angeredet, von Freundlichkeit keine Spur, auf die abwertenden Blicke möchte ich gar nicht erst eingehen.

+: Ruim appartement, zeer schoon. Volledig ingericht. We waren positief verrast door het zwembad, een waar paradijs!

-: Eten was heerlijk. Echter bij ontbijt en saladebuffet ontbraken de Corona regels. Iedereen schept op met dezelfde lepels.
