+: Guter Service, sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage, für Hundebesitzer sehr zu empfehlen, Frühstück sehr gut Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Hotel

-: Es hat lange gedauert, bis die Zimmer fertig waren. Während der Wartezeit hätte man einen Kaffee oder Tee oder ein Kaltgetränk anbieten können, sehr schade.

+: Schön stylisch ausgestattet ,sehr große Zimmer mit Balkon ,Highlight auf dem Dach ein Whirlpool,Schwimmbad und Sauna auch schön !Sehr Zentrumsnah und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption!Super Frühstück!Und durften vor Check in ,ins Zimmer ,was uns sehr gut gefallen hatte,da wir direkt vom Berg kamen !vielen Dank dafür!

-: Zimmer im 4 Stock zur Uni heraus gelegen ,es war sehr sehr laut,da es der Innenhof der Studenten mit Bar war !Dann war das Zimmer extrem warm(Sonnenseite )keine Klimaanlage!Fenster auf : kein Schlaf Lärm !Fenster zu Ruhig extrem stickig ,warm !Die Matratzen waren sehr einfach und eine Art schutzunterlage darunter ,die alles noch schwitziger gemacht hat ,man spürte die Sprungfedern !Duschen in der Badewanne ging gerade ,ein älterer Mensch kommt in die sehr hohe Wanne nicht hinein ,Rutschgefahr beim Herausklettern !Und leider kein „guten Morgen „beim Frühstück.Personal war mit Auffüllen Abräumen Putzen beschäftigt,was ja gut ist !
