+: Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was quiet. Very close to Naschmarkt and to Karlsplatz U station. Chocolate on the pillow.

+: We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We loved the location - close to the center, to parks, to museums and metro. The hotel itself was with great atmosphere, old fashioned - which is a good thing, well maintained, very clean. The room was quiet. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a great vacation in Vienna.
