+: Lage direkt an der Reschenstrasse aber trotzdem Ruhe im Zimmer. Frühstück super, große Auswahl, Thementage mit speziellen Leckereien. Mein Zimmer war zwar von der Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem gemütlich und sehr sauber. Preis- Leistung für mich sehr gut.

+: - Tolles Frühstück mit umfangreicher Auswahl- Lage des Hotels ist super und zentral- Sehr nettes Personal - Kann das Hotel empfehlen
-: - Keine Wasserflasche zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer- Sauna wird leider nur eingeschaltet, wenn man am Morgen rechtzeitig Bescheid sagt. Somit war sie am Anreisetag leider aus.- Kein Duschgel oder Shampoo im Zimmer vorhanden - Aufgrund von Personalmangel ist das hauseigene Restaurant leider zu. Dafür kann das Hotel nicht so viel, aber ist trotzdem schade. Aber es gibt fußläufig sehr viele Restaurants. Somit kein Problem.

+: Rezervirali smo samo jednu noć. Kako smo se vozili na motoru nisam vidjela napomenu hotela kako je check in do 20:00h, a mi smo se malo pogubili i došli u 20:10h. Hotel je bio zatvoren, ali je napomena da se pozvoni sa strane šta sam i napravila. Javio se ne baš sipatičan djelatnik koji nam je preko parlafona na njemačkom jeziku objašnjavao da ne možemo više ući unutra ali ipak nakon par minuta je došao po nas, valjda se smilovao kad nas je vidio mokre i promrzle na motoru🥶.. Za razliku od njega ženica koja nas je prijavila je bila ljubazna bez obzira šta je naša greška šta smo kasnili 10 minuta. Soba je bila velika i čista, a doručak obilan. Bez obzira na zbrku oko check in-a sve je bilo dobro.
