+: The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their assistance and chit chat when I went down to the desk to buy water in the middle of the night. They also gave me excellent directions and recommendations, and were so friendly while doing so.

+: Das Zimmer hatte alle was man benötigt, der Weg zu den U-Bahnhaltestellen war nicht zu weit und die Möglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung zu Abend zu essen waren vielseitig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

-: Im Hotel gab es leider nur einen Aufzug und es kam durchaus zu längeren Wartezeiten

-: "I didn't like it because the room card didn't work well, and every day I had to recharge it for the room door to open. Imagine going upstairs and the door wouldn't open, then you had to go back. There was only one elevator, which was very crowded in the mornings, and at night when you were tired, the room card didn't work."
