Family-run for 3 generations, Hotel Alpenblick in Bad Gastein offers panoramic views over the Gastein Valley and of the Alps. It features a spa area with a heated outdoor pool and a sunbathing terrace in its landscaped garden. The town center is a 10-minute walk away.

Spa facilities include a sauna, an infrared cabin and various massages, Fango mud treatments and fitness facilities.

Hotel Alpenblick provides a restaurant serving Austrian cuisine and international meals for its 3-course dinner . A buffet breakfast and vegetarian meals are available.

The bus to the Stubnerkogel Ski Area and to the Felsenbad Thermal Spa stops in front of the Alpenblick hotel. A ski slope leads directly to the hotel. Mountain bikes are available free of charge and you can hiking and cycling trails are just a few steps away.

+: Underbar trädgård, vi gillade speciellt den zen-inspirerade delen med kall- resp varmbad för fötterna + svalkande ångdusch. Härligt med pool att svalka sig i efter en dag med vandring. Hjälpsam personal. Rustik och vällagad mat. Pingisbord mm i källaren (uppskattades av sonen)

-: Synd att det inte gick att äta måltiderna utomhuspå altan.

+: Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä hotelli kauniilla paikalla. Hiljainen, äänet naapurihuoneista eivät kuuluneet. Hyvät saunat ja uima-allas. Kaikki tilat erittäin siistejä. Mukavia erilaisia oleskelu tiloja niin ulkona kuin sisälläkin. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Mahdollisuus syödä myös illallinen ja saada lounas eväät mukaan. Autolle ilmainen paikoitus.

-: Kylpytakki olisi ollut tarpeellinen.

+: Das Hotel liegt oberhalb im Ort. Zimmer geräumig, Badezimmer ausreichend groß, kleiner Balkon. Sehr nett ist die Sonnenterrasse auf der auch Getränke serviert werden. Ein Aussenpool und ein kleines Kneippgelände mit Wassertreten runden die Sache ab (sehr angenehm nach unserer Fahrradtour den Berg rauf). Die Sauna haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Personal immer freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, Hotel empfehlenswert!
