The Alpine-style apartment features a balcony with mountain views, 3 flat-screen TVs and 3 bedrooms with a bathroom each. In nice weather guests can enjoy the garden.
Penken and Ahorn cable car are only 250 m away. A ski bus can be reached within a 5-minute walk, taking guests to the surrounding ski area. A ski storage room is at guests’ disposal.
Landhaus Kumbichl is within walking distance of restaurants, ski and snowboard rentals, as well as après ski bars.

+: Apartments are clean, spacious and very nice overall - it was a pleasure to stay there. Katarina (the host) is very friendly and helpful. And location is good - close to ski lifts but in a quiet neighborhood so that you’re not disturbed by the apres-ski parties and crowds.
