Living Max is located 300 meters from the center of Zell am See, a 10-minute walk from the City Express cable car. It features a 500 m² spa area. With an indoor pool, various saunas, a steam bath, a relaxation room and a massage room.

+: Неплохое расположение (до центральной пешеходной улицы 5 мин пешком). -: 1) Абсолютно не 4 звезды (как в описании). Максимально 3. 2) WiFi только на ресепшене, в номерах не берет (по описанию - должно). 3) Заказали заранее парковку. По приезду - нам в ней отказали (якобы, нет мест). Решали эту проблему сами. 4) СПА зона небольшая. Сауна на 3-4 человека максимум (желающих обычно больше). Бассейн - одно название: маленький, с водой сомнительного качества. 5) Номера маленькие, "пошарпанные", сузел убогий. У нас были неисправны прикроватные светильники. 6) Звукоизоляция отсутствует: хорошо слышно негромкий разговор в соседнем номере. 7) В отличие от большинства австрийских отелей - абсолютное отсутствия стиля, по ощущению: "... Я его слепила из того, что было".
