+: Breakfast, beds, location all excellent. What was stand out was Maria's exceptional helpfulness and welcome. We would all go back whenever possible.

+: The lux room was great.Close to train station

-: A bit far from penken,but there's a ski bus station just outside the hotel.

+: Very very clean.

-: I had to unpack my snowboard from inside my suitcase before going to my room, which is quite difficult to do as I had all my other clothing neatly packed on top of it. I would have taken it from the room immediately after unpacking and placed it in their locker area, but this was not an option, which I did not appreciate, nor was it explicitly clear upon booking. On my final day, the owner came towards me, appearing frustrated, telling me that my snowboard was not allowed in my room. I understand why this can be a concern for them however there are some circumstances (packingunpacking) where it is feasible for them to go into the room.

+: Lovely breakfast and great staff. They installed a new security system for the ski room this week, so the door isn't open anymore and everyone could just walk in.

-: It's a little far from the slopes, but the ski bus stops almost in front of the hotel. Ski room is extremely hot.
