    +: Top Lage, Tiefgarage zum Sonderpreis direkt um die Ecke. Szeneviertel mit vielen Kneipen in kurzen Distanzen, in 5 min zu Fuß mitten in der Altstadt.

    -: Schlafen bei offenem Fenster manchmal etwas schwierig, da umliegende Lokale alle mit Aussenbestuhlung.
