+: Friendly staff and nice location and nice twin room

-: Breakfast was expensive, would like to eat in hotel but alot we felt for a continental breakfast.Staff great though and eggs lovely

+: Location fairly close to old town, Mirabel Palace, fortress, bus station and train station. Very helpful staff.

-: Hotel needs a refresh, no elevators and no air conditioning

+: Köstliches, vielseitiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück Die Lage in der Nähe des Mirabell-Gartens und zum Kongressgebäude waren perfekt. Wir haben für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bereits wieder ein Zimmer gebucht

+: Comfortable and clean in a good location ten minutes walk from the town centre and five minutes from the main railway station. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Umbrellas were available to borrow which was very useful for rainy days. There was free coffee in the lounge which was appreciated and a garden to sit in when the weather was good. We didn’t use the honesty bar in the music lounge but this was a nice touch.

-: Although coffee was available downstairs we would have appreciated some coffee making facilities in the room.
