+: The relative proximity to the airport
-: I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night with my two young children, one of whom is 5 months old and the other 2 years old. Upon arrival, there was a long line of about 30 people ahead of me. My baby was crying, so I politely asked if they could take my situation into account and expedite our check-in. Unfortunately, the receptionist declined, and I was forced to wait an hour with a crying baby before we were finally given a room. The lack of compassion and poor service in this situation were truly disheartening
