-: No tiene parking, ni convenio de precio especial con alguno de los alrededores.Ninguno hablaba español en recepción en los días que estuvimos.Una de las maneras de abrir la puerta estaba rota, la de interior y no pudieron cambiar de habitación y tuve que ser yo quien la arregló junto con el recepcionista. El último día la arreglaron. Ni una disculpa ni una atención especial.

+: La ubicación es muy buena, a 3 paradas de tranvía de Karl Platz. Las camas son muy cómodas. Las almohadas también.Muy bien lo de poder dejar las maletas en la consigna. Tanto antes de hacer el check in como después del check out. Las vistas desde la habitación. La calidad precio.
-: La habitación. Muy amplia pero con 2 camas de 90. Entra demasiada luz en la habitación antes de las 9 de la mañana, teniendo en cuenta que en Viena, en esta época, amanece a las 5 de la mañana. El baño está muy viejo. Bueno en general la decoración de toda la habitación.No hay mucho espacio de almacenaje para dejar la ropa.

+: Very good location, rooms and breakfast are great
-: When I was making a reservation I selected “2 single beds”. I was travelling with my male friend. And I mentioned both names during a reservation process. During check-in we were told that we can get a room with one single bed. Really????!!!!! I selected “2 singles beds” option many times in many hotels and never had such problem. It was explained that it was only “just a preference”… We were suggested to upgrade to family number. We did that because we hadn’t had suitable options and it caused extra costs. From personnel we heard protocol phrases like “Sorry”, “We are doing our best” and no attempts to compensate the inconvenience
