+: The hotel is actually a whole floor of a big building. The reception is not at the entrance of the building but on the 2nd floor. Quite place next to the train station. Big room but old fashion. Beds were ok. Breakfast was decent but do not expect luxurious ingrediencies. The Gentleman the next morning at the reception was very friendly. He even gave us a gift (small magnet painting).
-: Due to the flight delay we had to arrive very late just after midnight (00:20). We had no problem to pay the cost of 20euros as a penalty (arrival after 2200hrs) but for the Gentleman at the reception to be annoyed with us cause we had to wake him up, was at least unfair. When you run a hotel business you should be professional at all times. I rest my case in peace.

+: The location was great , in the center of Vienna with nearby restaurants and shopping mall . The Iraqi employee was very kind and want to help us always during our stay . Breakfast was reasonably very good ,
-: The hot water was interrupted , electric water heater was shut off 2 times , there need to be daily room cleaning and mattresses change without need for customer order .
