+: Inexpensive, clean, great location--D street car and U-Bahn (subway) are right there, as is a Spar grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. Great value and a perfect spot from which to see Vienna. Nice folk.
-: Street cars can be noisy, especially when it's hot and the windows are open. After the first night no problem. Or bring ear plugs.

-: No air conditioning, noise pollution, toilet shared between ~10 rooms, no hand soap with basin, showers are almost completely public with just a curtain between them, no lift, “tv room” only has 2 channels, have to return the towels yourself when you check out
