-: Alles! Die ganze Unterkunft ist ungepflegt und verdreckt. Bett wirkte wie nicht frisch bezogen, Zimmer und Bad in einem ungereinigten Zustand. Die Reinigungskraft scheint blind, sämtliche Spiegel, Holzverkleidungen und Fernseher sind verschmiert und voller Streifen. Badezimmer pappig, Wasserhahnperlator extrem verkalkt, Zahnpastareste im Zahnputzglas, Handtücher ausgefranzt, Badezimmer nicht sauber, ekelig. Vorhänge ungepflegt. Finger weg von einer Buchung, Fotos dieser Unterkunft täuschen. Außenanlage ungepflegtNie wieder !

+: Nice quiet place in the middle of walking park area and Danube river bank at the same time. You can literally have a walk along the river just make few steps out of hotel. Being a bit remote from the city you can easily reach any place with your car (free parking near hotel), taxi or train. The rooms are freshly renovated, all the appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. Shower and toilet were extremely clean. Fresh towels, soaps, etc. There is also small fridge in the room, so you can safely store the food brought with you. At reception there is free coffeetea available, small sweets and snacks are

-: There is a hotel restaurant. Haven't checked all the prices but 20 euro for continental breakfast is a bit pricey in my opinion. Most of the cheapmiddle hotels in Vienna charge 7-15 euro for the same. There is also a pretty cheap pizzeria nearby, so it's up to your choice. The TV is small and has only local channels, almost nothing to watch. Can't say it's a big flaw as wifi is good enough to watch anything through laptop.

+: Wir haben die Lage bewußt neben der Donau am Stadtrand ausgewählt und die Erwartungen wurden absolut übertroffen.Einchecken, Personal unkompliziert - wie wenn wir uns schon lange kennen.

+: Die Lage an der Donau ist fein. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist praktisch. Die Empfansdame war sehr freundlich.

-: Das Hotel wirkt abgenützt und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, die Dusche war schlecht repariert, und es gab keine Handbrause, keine Steckdose im Bad, den Haarfön musste man an der Rezeption abholen.

+: Sehr ruhige Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze.

+: Direkt an der Donau, super ruhig
