+: Prachtig hotel dat onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen . Het gebouw op zich ,de tuin, het zwembad . De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel . Het hotel verdiend zeker en vast de 5 sterren . Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid . Op alle wensen werd voldaan . De kok verdiend zeker en vast een pluim . Mijn vrouw moet een speciaal dieet volgen en op al haar wensen heeft hij met verve voldaan . ; Wij zijn al in vele hotels geweest maar dit is er eentje dat ons zeker zal bijblijven en indien mogelijk zullen we daar zeker nog eens langskomen . Een dikke aanrader .

-: Beim Frühstück mehrmals volksdümmliche wumm wumm Musik. Schwer auszuhalten. Ich habe dann gebeten, etwas leiser zu stellen, was auch funktioniert hat. Als Chef eines solchen Hauses würde ich mich schämen, meinen Gästen eine so niveaulose Musik zuzumuten. Wenn die Sauna für 15 Uhr angeboten wird (reichlich spät an komplett verregneten und kalten Tagen, dann muss sie um 15 Uhr heiss sein und nicht 50 Grad haben, so dass man wieder eine halbe Stunde warten muss. Das ist einfach ärgerlich. Solche Schlampereien sind in einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht akzeptabel. Für eine normale (finnische) Sauna sind 85 Grad das abslute Minimum (!). Das sind objektive Standards, die man nachlesen kann ...
