-: 四星酒店房间里应放置瓶装免费矿水，而不是跑到一楼自己用杯子接气泡水。停车费应该对入住客户免费。

-: Zimmer als Maisonettenwohnung angelegt., Schlafzimmer unten, Bad und Aufenthaltsbereich über eine Wendeltreppe oben

+: Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel und wir hatten eine tolle Suite. Alles sehr sauber. Daher ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück draußen im Hofgarten absolut perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. DANKE für das schöne Wochenende!

+: Ein Traumhaftes Hotel in bester Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super Spa Bereich mit hübschem Indoorpool. Ich komme gerne wieder.

+: The hotel staff was very nice. They accepted the issue we had with the room (see below) and compensated us with a free dinner (including wine.)

-: We got a room under the roof with a single very small window. The room itself had two levels, so we didn't use the upper level at all. Without the upper level, the room is much smaller than advertised. This should be clarified on booking.com. However, we got an excellent free dinner as compensation.
