+: Gyönyörű helyen van a szálloda egészen döbbenetesen szép kilátással. A szoba hangulatos, ágy kényelmes, a személyzet kedves. A vacsora finom volt.

-: Nincs hűtőszekrény. A szálloda csak 18.30-ig közelithető meg. A reggelinél kevés a választék.

+: Fantastický zážitek. Nezapomenutelné výhledy z pokoje i welness. Nádherný, stylový hotel, velmi příjemný personál. Výborné snídaně a kuchyně, jen restaurace zavírá v cca 21.00 hod, třeba s tím počítat.

+: Alles Top, ist ein Erlebnis wert :)

+: Everything was amazing, the room si very modern and spacious which for a hotel at about 2000m is a nice surprise. The breakfast was ok, the staff was nice and welcoming. I would have liked the space in front of the balcony to be accessible so you can see the view better during the day and the stars above during the night. But is a really nice place and it definitely worth the stay up there.

+: I loved everything about the hotel! From the moment i arrived, the staff were helpful with the early check in; the property location is amazing, the restaurant is affordable and serves delicious food; the spa is gorgeous and a big plus especially when you spend your evenings at the property. and the magnificent views of the mountains are unbeatable!

-: the ONLY things i think can be improved are: the working hours of the spa (it closes early at 7pm) + the working hours of the cable car - the first one down is at 9 am during the week so it's a bit limiting for those who wake up early and want to explore the region.

+: Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Aussicht auf den See und den Sonnenaufgang beim Munterwerden ist unbezahlbar und megagenial!!!! Das Personal zuvorkommend und immer nett!!!

+: Het hotel ligt boven op de berg. Je komt er via de Schmittenhöhe baan. De kamer ziet er goed uit, met hout netjes bekleed en de bedden liggen heerlijk. In de nacht is het super stil. Het is betoverend om zo de nacht op een berg door te brengen. Wij verbleven begin september in het hotel, waardoor er zelfs één dag maar 5 gasten waren. Heerlijk die rust. Je kan er goed ontbijten, lunchen en dineren. Er liggen genoeg "almen" in de buurt (wel even wandelen) om te variëren met het eten. Goed om van te voren na te denken wat je wilt meenemen naar boven. De liften zijn om 17 uur gesloten. Het diner is tot 19.30. De sauna die erbij zat was heerlijk na een wandeldag. Ook super geregeld is de liftkaart die je erbij krijgt.

-: Wij hebben geboekt via booking.com waardoor wij een standaard Duits welkomst bericht ontvingen. Het bericht werd automatisch naar het Nederlands vertaald waardoor de vertaling niet helemaal goed ging. Hierdoor was het voor ons niet duidelijk dat het inchecken beneden in het dal was (bij de infoshop). Uiteindelijk is dit goed opgelost. De liftkaart, die wij zelf hadden gekocht, kregen wij retour in cash en wij ontvingen de hotelpasjes en de liftpas tijdens het inchecken. Verder is de kamer warm. Hierdoor hebben wij eigenlijk altijd de ramen open gehad. Voor ons geen probleem. Tip: er is geen koelkastje of waterkoker op de kamer aanwezig. Dit is wel prettig.
