Located 1,400 m above sea level right in the heart of Kals-Großdorf at the foot of Austria's highest mountain, the SCOL Sporthotel Großglockner features its own swimming pool.
Half board includes a breakfast buffet, a lunch snack, an afternoon snack and a themed dinner buffet every day. Wine, beer and special soft drinks are included as well.
Wireless internet access and parking is available free of charge at the Sporthotel Großglockner.
This hotel amid the Hohe Tauern national park consists of 3 neighboring buildings and has a bar, a sunny terrace, a kid's playroom and a ski room.

+: Die Speisen waren nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend, die Auswahl der Speisen ist ausreichend jedoch geschmacklich und teilweise auch optisch nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer und Gebäude sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand, teilweise riecht es sehr unangenehm (modrig) und es ist alles sehr hellhörig. Auch die Sauberkeit in den Zimmer lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig.

+: Die Lage des Hotels und die Ruhe im gesamten Dorf und Hotel. Es gibt noch soviel Wanderungen vor Ort, dass wir bestimmt nochmal kommen müssen. Personal super nett und man könnte auch nach Wanderungen fragen und bekam gezielte Auskunft.
-: Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber da es sich ja um ein Winterhotel handelt auch wieder verständlich das man nicht immer alles gleich renovieren kann.

+: Lage ist sehr gut und Preis Leistung ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen hat man eine große Auswahl und es schmeckt.
