Berghotel Blaickner's Sonnalm is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, on the south side of the Schmittenhöhe mountain in Zell am See. It can only be reached by the Sonnalmbahn cable car (the last flight is at 17:00). The slopes and hiking trails pass right by the hotel.
This family-run hotel offers a scenic view of the Hohe Tauern mountain range from the spacious sun terrace. After skiing or exploring the hiking trails, guests can relax in the outdoor hot tub or with a glass of wine by the fireplace.
Each room is individually decorated with wooden furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available. All rooms are non-smoking.
The on-site restaurant serves traditional and regional cuisine, as well as Austrian wines. Guests are offered breakfast and half board.
