+: Sadly upon arrival at reception we were allocated a room , by a member of staff , before we had even given our full details, this made me feel suspicious, we had booked a comfort room we were allocated room 226In all the booking references of comfort style room s, it states All comfort rooms overlook the courtyard , and have mini bars and fridges , sadlly upon inspection as shown in the pics , it overlooks the street and size wise if the bathroom door was open it obstructed access around the bed , in my eyes it was purely a double box room , I asked to be given the room I thought I had booked was told they were full and point blank refused to move us, by both the manager and the reception staff , very humiliating as we had arrived 1 hour before proper check in , which I feel would still of given me access to other rooms ,
-: They said next time they we could have a free upgrade , I had travelled 1800km and was very disappointed and feel there prejudice towards me and my family totally uninviting and would not use again , I was told all my berating would get me no where as both management and staff show no respect to staff or clients

+: Sehr freundliches Personal, einfach nur perfekt und zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen.Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und war sehr sehr lecker.Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön.
-: Die Türe vom BadWC war sehr dünn, man hat alles gehört.Das Beistellbett (ein breiter, ausziehbarer Sessel) war leider sehr hart. Das eigentliche Bett war jedoch sehr bequem.

+: Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Zentrum von Salzburg, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants direkt vor der Tür und die Linzer Gasse ist direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt einen tollen Blick aus dem Treppenhaus (Fahrstuhl). Das Frühstück ist gut organisiert und der Frühstücksraum sehr gemütlich.
