+: Lage perfekt. In 2 Minuten an der U-Bahn Station.Ruhige Lage auch nachts. Klima in der Wohnung.Perfekt für einen Citytrip.

-: Polecony parking publiczny. Były duże trudności by się do niego dostać i wydostać (tj. nie otwierały się drzwi i szlaban). Było to stresujące.

-: Apparato TV non funzionante per cavo antenna non collegato (!!!) e wifi assente nonostante fossero servizi previsti. Seppur avvisata l’assistenza nessuno è venuto ad allacciare il cavo antenna in una settimana di permanenza: TV inutilizzabile e assenza wifi non risolta.

+: Zentrale Lage - Haltestellen ÖPNV, Parkhaus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der NäheSehr gute Ausstattung: wir konnten dank der Waschmaschine sogar die dreckigen Klamotten der Kinder durchwaschen

-: ReinigungSauberkeit insbesondere in der Dusche hätte besser sein können

+: We were at the number 7, ground level. Very quiet, yard oriented. Yard is small but very cozy and green. Bathroom was spacious as well as shower cabin. Location is excellent, very close to the center. Supermarket is just around the corner, bakery also, etc.

-: Sofa (pull out bed) was bit older, but it was comfortable enough for the kids to sleep.
