This family-run hotel with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains is located in a quiet street in Innsbruck, within walking distance of the city center. Public parking is available nearby, and there is a limited number of parking spaces on site (subject to availability, without reservation).

+: freundlichkeit, umgebungsruhe, verkehrsanbindung , getränkeschrank und vorallem die gästekarte( mit der man im Stadtgebiet gratis fahren kann), was bei einer grossen hotelkette (Konkurenz) nicht der Fall ist.

-: Kleine Reparaturen (fast belanglos).

+: Die Lage war ideal: nahe zur Stadt, den Övis und der Nordkettenbahn. Das Parkproblem war gut gelöst. Autos wurden eingeparkt. Check-in und Check-out Zeiten sind gut. Das Personal war bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr freundlich und halfen vorbildlich.

-: Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein, deswegen waren die Tische sehr eng gestellt. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich. Die Auswahl sollte vielfältiger sein. Oft zu wenig Geschirr. Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsraum bzw. ist es der Frühstücksraum, den wir nutzten. Ein Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und abweisend.
