+: Tadelloses Frühstücksbuffet ohne Schnickschnack aber mit frischen Produkten. Optimale Lage am Kupark, direkt neben der Therme. Durchwegs sehr aufmerksames Personal, flotter Service. Urgemütlicher Leseraum im EG.

+: Personal top, Zimmertür alt, deshalb Lichteinfall und hellhörig, Therme Zugang perfekt, Zimmerfenster auf Strasse etwas laut. Lift sehr klein. lift in die Therme stinkt. Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück wäre besser, statt gebrachte Kanne.

+: Super, wenn man einen Hund mit hat, man kann gleich vor dem Haus eine Spazierrunde machen. Direkter Zugang zur Therme. Das Essen war einsame Spitze!

+: Das Zimmer was sehr geräumig und die Inhaber des Hotels sehr nett

-: Es war in der Hotelbeschreibung ein bisschen irreführend. Wir hatten gedacht, dass der Thermeneintritt mit im Preis dabei ist und wir somit abends mal kurz z.B. in die Sauna gehen könnten. Allerdings musste die Therme extra bezahlt werden somit lohnt ein kurzer Besuch nicht. Somit hätten wir auch ein preisgünstigeres Hotel nehmen können da das Hotel selbst keinerlei Spa-Bereich besitzt.
