-: We had booked a 5-day apartment stay in Vienna through Booking.com. However, the location of the apartment was unsafe, and there were suspicious individuals in the building, which made us very scared when trying to enter the apartment. Despite informing the owner about this, we did not receive a refund. The owner's response was delayed, so we had to stay at a different hotel. We were very dissatisfied. Definitely do not stay here with your spouse.

+: Il rapporto qualitàprezzo è il suo punto di forza, perché la posizione è perfetta, a pochissimi metri dal tram 1 che permette di arrivare in quasi tutti i punti di interesse. La scelta è stata davvero strategica.

-: Il palazzo in cui è ubicato l'appartamento è sporchissimo all'interno del vano scale, faceva presagire una scelta sbagliata, ma l'appartamento è stato sorprendente per ordine e pulizia.Inoltre, dalle foto non era chiaro, ma il wc è separato dal bagno con doccia e lavabo, non è previsto il bidet... Questo è stato un pò un disagio. Altra difficoltà è stata la comunicazione. Quando abbiamo contattato lo staff per capire quale fosse la soluzione migliore per arrivare all'appartamento dall'Aeroporto VIE ci è stato, risposto il taxi, questo ci ha fatto perdere tra i vari mezzi e direzioni indicate in tedesco, in realtà bisogna prendere la linea s7 dell'OBB direzione Wien Mitte,uscire in direzione karlaPlatz, prendere il tram 1direzione Stephen, fermata Troststrabe.

-: ทางเข้าที่พักจะดูเก่าและค่อนข้างมืด

+: Die Größe der Zimmer war richtig gut,, Betten waren bequem, die Lage war sehr straßenbahnnah, WC und Bad getrennt

-: Leider hat das Bad sehr unangenehm gerochen und bei der Ausstattung wäre ein Schneidbrett und ein Kochlöffel sehr hilfreich.
