отель требует капитального ремонта, сервис по сравнению спрошлыми годами стал ужасным, на завтраке все молочные продукты горчили потому что срок хранения давно прошел. Качели на детской площадке в аварийном состоянии, сломанные. элеткическую плитку на кухне к котедже подключали всем техническим персоналом, в результате все шурупы остались на полу. Никакого сочетания цены и качества, к сожалению!

Все было нормально, за исключением мелочей, которые скорее свойственны менталитету местного населения. Желание помочь и оказать услугу зачастую преобладает над профессионализмом, что иногда вызывает раздражение. Может быть действительно маловато опыта и подготовки. А так все улыбчивы и доброжелательны. На иностранных языках (английском или русском) разговаривает только старший персонал.

Отель расположен в 10 минутах пешком от подъёмника, назад - в горку, минут на 5 дольше. В отеле есть круглосуточный лобби-бар и ресторан с ночным клубом (в клубе не были). На рецепции можно договориться об экскурсиях в окрестные городки. Работники отеля очень вежливые и готовы помочь. В пешей доступности - включённый в услуги проживания спа-комплекс с бассейном и банями.

Приветливый персонал, уютный чистый номер, правда так не хватало балкона, чтобы любоваться потрясающим видом на горы, чистый горный воздух, отличный ресторан. Если поедем еще с друзьями или детьми, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле в коттедже.

Место выбрано просто восхитительно! Прямо среди гор, лесов. Совсем рядом протекает горная река, на которой есть пожалуй лучший здесь ресторан, до которого можно просто прогуляться пешком.

Очень красивое местоположение. Потрясающе красивая природа. Тишина, воздух. Удивительно внимательный персонал. Было приятно находится в этом отеле. Вкусные завтраки, готовят с удовольствием! Уютный, чистый номер. Мягкая и удобная кровать! Что очень важно! С удовольствием ещё раз вернусь сюда. И на более длительный срок. Понравился Спа. Массаж, бассейн. Все замечательно. Большая территория. Рядом очень красивый парк. Канатная дорога прим 1.5 км. Нам повезло с погодой. Гуляли с удовольствием!
