+: Очень разнообразное меню. Всё было очень вкусно. Можно было самому готовить бельгийские вафли. Превосходный кофе. Очень удобная локация. Главные достопримечательности на расстоянии нескольких минут ходьбы. Отель предлагает участие в экологической акции: если вы решите один день отказаться от уборки в номере, то вам дают купон на бесплатный напиток в баре. -: Фитнес-зал несколько маловат. Сауна в рабочее время не была нагрета и нужно было ждать минут 45-50 пока она нагреется

+: Второй раз останавливаемся здесь. Идеальное расположение, в самом центре Гента, все достопримечательности рядом,вокруг рестораны,магазины. Номер просторный,кровать идеальная,в номере тихо, температура легко регулируется. Есть чайник,кофемашина. Большая ванная комната. В этот заезд особенно хочется поблагодарить менеджера на ресепшене по имени Карлос. Он помог нам решить несколько проблем,приложив максимум усилий. Мы очень признательны Карлосу за то что он сделал наш отдых максимально комфортным.

+: местоположение -: заселили 31.12 в номер с вырванным душем😩🙈, засоренным сливом в раковине. вообщем на новый год остались без душа и даже руки могли мыть с трудом😀, жесть !!! после обращения ничего не смогли предложить. переселили только к концу следующего дня🙈😩персонал вообще ничего решить не может, извинения не приносят, ничего не предлагают.

+: Абсолютно ничего -: Ужасно,мебель вся требует срочной замены,точно так же обои. Ковровое покрытие с запахом старости. Плесень в ванной комнате везде.

+: Центр -: Номер был прокуренный , парковка вообще не понятно где. Не советую. Лучше прогуляться, чем часами ездить по центру в поисках отеля. Для автомобилистов лучше Мариот!

+: Только местоположение -: Цена не соответствует качеству. Ванная комната не понравилась.Парковка 25€ и за кота тоже 25€ . Должно быть написано сколько взымается за животное. Это мы узнаём только по приезду на место. Мы всегда путешествуем с котом и в этом отеле самая дорогая цена за животное!
