+: Расположение, неплохой ресторан. Просторные номера нашей ценовой категории. Отличный вид из окон на 8 этаже. -: 1. Не было отопления в номерах при температуре окружающего воздуха +7-+10, в номере было +17, заболел в итоге ребенок. 2. Плохо организована погрузка-разгрузка машин. Стоянки у отеля перед входом нет, есть подземная, но она высотой 180см, для большинства минивэнов не подходит. С тротуара нас 2 раза прогонял полицейский, пришлось разгружаться за углом и тащить наши 6 чемоданов вручную под дождем. Помощи от персонала не было никакой. Персонал на мой взгляд невнимательно относится к просьбам гостей.

+: В номере абсолютно всё для комфортного отдыха: сейф, душевые принадлежности, чайник, кофеварка, утюг, даже игольница с нитками. Всё чистое, новое. В отеле никаких неприятных запахов. Повсюду стоят вазы с ароматическими палочками. В холле, рядом с рецепцией, клиентам предлагались в свободном доступе конфетки, печенье и вода. Здесь же достаточно просторный бар, с шде можно отдохнуть с кружечкой пива с дороги. Отель, в который хочется вернуться. -: Отказались брать залог за номер наличкой.( Отсутствие парковки.
