+: Красивый отель, отличный дизайн. Отличный завтрак. -: Первую ночь шумела решётка вентиляции.не могла спать.спустиась на ресепшен в 3 часа ночи.обьянили ,что переселить не могут,Отель full. Техника ночью нет.Когда вернулась в номер,через время шум прекратился,видимо понизили поток воздуха. Вторая ночь прошла хорошо.

-: Плесень в ванной, расколотая раковина, недружелюбный персонал. Попросили депозит, хотя при бронировании это небыло указано. Пропали очки.

+: Поистине чудесный отель! Огромный, но пои этом уютный. Красивый холл, с большими круглыми люстрами,в котором проходят завтраки,Около стойки reception (это так мило!) стоят вазы с яблоками и конфетками и печеньем, вы можете угощаться ими!Чистые номера, внутри которых есть все: халат, тапочки, фен, хорошая косметика, кофеварка, чайник, приносят питьевую воду. Локация отеля удобная, не далеко до основных достопримечательностей (пешком 5-10 минут)В отеле очень чисто, персонал постоянно протирает лифты, лестницы, стекла. -: Единственное, что удивило (и расстроило): завтрак при стоимости 29€ не включает в себя яйца (omelette or fried eggs) (их надо заказывать по меню и оплачивать отдельно!((( то же самое про овсяную кашу, бельгийские вафли (обычно эти позиции на завтраке в отелях 5 заезд включены)

+: Good location, nice bathroom Местоположение. Классная ванная комната, тропический душ. -: I booked a room with 2 separate beds, but hotel gave a room with one king-size bed. I had to come back after check in to change my room. We checked into a new room and accidentally saw that the previous guests had eaten chips from the mini-bar and put them back. Staff didnt notice that when preparing the room. I turned to the reception, but they did not even replace it. In the morning we had to prove again that we didnt eat it. It was a weird service for 5-star hotel. A cleaning of the room was bad too. I found an earphone of the last guests under my bed. Заказывал номер с 2 отдельными кроватями - дали номер с одной. Пришлось после заселения возвращаться с просьбой поменять номер. Заселились в новый номер, случайно увидел, что предыдущие гости съели чипсы из мини-бара и положили их обратно, а при подготовке номера этого не заметили. -: сервис отстой. клиентоориентированность ноль. после оплаты отеля, через час, мы обнаружили, что нашему консьерж сервису не удалось купить билеты на поезд с Парижа в брюссель и мы начали сразу же об этом уведомлять отель. просили разные варианты решения: компенсация, перенести на другие даты отель, положить на счет букинга - решения не было никакого. в итоге, номер просто прогорел. и это еще при всем том, что в нашей стране идет война, а мы выезжаем и поддерживаем экономику других стран, и в ответ нет достойного сервиса.

+: Нормальная "пятёрка" . Очень ,очень близко ко всему! -: Дверь в ванную это полный п.......Можно не закрывать (она стеклянная и когда закрываешь ,остаются огромные щели по бокам, так что вас видно ,слышно и т.д)

+: Шикарный бар, отличный дизайн. -: написано что кровать кинг сайз, по факту кровать меньше. Отель 5 звёзд, в котором нет бассейна. Первый раз такое вижу. В номерах нет весов и никаких ванных принадлежностей. Окна выходят на лобби и соседние номера.
